In December, while over at my friend's house I heard an explosion and I didn't know what it was or what happened but I guess her pipes had frozen and that turned into a huge flood in her basement. Roofs. Keep roofs free of debris that can damage roofing and allow water to seep in. Trim tree branches to prevent them from rubbing and damaging the roof. Repair missing or damaged shingles.
